JLucky Lormarks, also known as Dr. Lucky Lormarks Obah, Ph.D (Doctor Of Philosophy in Arts) originated Afro-Ragga Music. An admixure of African and Western musical sounds from gathered experience from playing for cultural Groups, and Reggae Band Groups, as he is so good in playing African and Western percussive instruments, which is the reason he is so Sought after to play the ‘Ibome ukwu, or Ogene’ (Big Gong), which he plays with his wizardry skill, formed a unique Music genre ‘Afro-Ragga Music’, with messages of Hope, Faith, Education, and Love.

JLucky Lormarks hails from
Egbudu-Akah, Delta State, Nigeria, with real name Lucky Chukwuka Obah, born on the 14th of November, by Chief J.O.Obah ( The Obasogie of Egbudu-Akah), and Chief Mrs. Victoria A. Obah (Nee Ogor).

Dr. Lucky Lormarks Obah progressed in his educational pursuit, and has obtained Ph.D along with his musical career.

With the Successful creation of Afro-Ragga Music Style, JLucky Lormarks continued recording and producing musical albums and singles through personal financial efforts.

JLucky Lormarks is conferred Doctor Of Philosophy in Arts.
